DASKE, Martin German
Martin Daske, born in 1962, studied composing in the USA, Kràkow and Salzburg. He has written chamber music, tape pieces, sound installations, theatre and film music, and created a form of three-dimensional notation. Radio compositions are a focus of his work. He lives and works on the outskirts of Berlin. 1990 and 1999 awarded a composition fellowship by the Berlin Senate.↵1993 Special commendation at the Prix Europa for "Abfahrt" (Departure). 1990–1993 "Artist in Residence" fellowships at the ZKM Centre for Art and Media Technology.
